SD WAN | Discover software controlled networks

What is SD-WAN? Wide-area networks defined by software or SD-WAN (software-defined networking in a wide area network) , are a business design approach to optimize the use of resources in the internal networks of companies, to improve performance and use by time to route traffic to remote locations. This type of technology allows managing multiple types of connections from MPLS , broadband to LTE. To explain it in a simple way, the SD-WAN is a way to apply software to prioritize and order the traffic of our network, be it Internet or interconnection of offices, sending the use of certain applications through certain links, considering the speed, Internet latency and consumption of these applications. A correct analogy would be to think of the data traffic of a company as the congestion of cars on a busy avenue, the SD-WAN vendors would be the authority capable of ordering it to ensure adequate flow and not waste time.
